These terms govern your use of arakelyanconsulting.com and any messages you receive from Arakelyan Capital LLC ("we," "us," "our"), trading as Arakelyan Consulting. By using this site or opting in to our messages, you agree to them.
1. Who we are and what we do
Arakelyan Capital LLC provides marketing and client-acquisition services to law firms, including advertising management, lead generation, follow-up systems and related services. Nothing on this website is a binding offer of service; the scope, price and terms of any engagement are agreed separately in writing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, submit a form, or consent to receive messages from us. By doing any of those things you confirm that you are.
3. SMS messaging terms
What messages we send. If you provide your mobile number and consent, you may receive:
Non-marketing messages — appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders for your call, replies to questions you send us, and updates about your account.
Marketing messages — offers, promotions, service updates and related content. These require a separate, optional consent.
How to opt in. Tick the corresponding consent box on our website form and submit your mobile number. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of booking a call or of purchasing anything from us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. These are set by your mobile carrier, not by us. Check your plan for details.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, your plan, or network conditions.
Supported carriers. Messaging is available on most major US carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
4. Your information
Our handling of personal information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent, is described in our Privacy Policy at arakelyanconsulting.com/privacy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, graphics, logos and design — belongs to Arakelyan Capital LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. No guarantee of results
Any results, figures or timelines described on this site are examples of what particular clients have achieved or what we typically aim for. They are not a promise of the results you will get. Outcomes depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity and factors outside our control. Any specific performance commitment we make to you will be set out in your written agreement with us.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Arakelyan Capital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our messages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arakelyan Capital LLC, its officers, members, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use or misuse of this website or our services; any information you submit to us; your breach of these terms; or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
10. Mandatory binding arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, this website, our messages to you, or our services shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or by videoconference at the arbitrator's discretion. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Arakelyan Capital LLC each waive the right to a trial by jury.
Class action waiver. You and Arakelyan Capital LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration section does not apply.
11. Time limit on claims
Any claim arising out of or related to these terms, this website, our messages, or our services must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose. Any claim brought after that period is permanently barred, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
