Arakelyan Capital LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates arakelyanconsulting.com under the trading name Arakelyan Consulting. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Information we collect
You give us: name, firm name, email address, phone number, city and practice details when you submit a form, book a call, or message us.
Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time on site, through cookies and similar technologies.
From third parties: advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn may tell us how you reached our site.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
2. How we use your information
To contact you about a call you requested, including scheduling, confirming and reminding you

3. SMS and text messaging
How you opt in. We send text messages only to people who provide their mobile number and tick the corresponding consent box on our website form. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of booking a call or of any purchase.
Two separate consents. Non-marketing messages (scheduling, confirmations, reminders, replies to your questions, account updates) and marketing messages (offers, promotions, service updates) are consented to separately. Ticking one does not opt you into the other.
Frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not us, sets those charges.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages, unless you opt in again later.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure advertising. This includes tools from Meta, Google and LinkedIn. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may stop working if you do.
We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
6. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to operate our business — our CRM and messaging platform, email provider, scheduling tool, analytics and advertising platforms — and only for those purposes. We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for marketing purposes.
7. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and limits on who inside our business can see your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
